New Willis chief executive, Dominic Casserley, is stamping his mark on the global broker with a cost-cutting plan that draws a line under the 2012 performance, in which fourth-quarter goodwill writedowns and charges relating to changes in bonuses masked strong underlying organic revenue growth across the group.
