Directors disqualified
Recently, there have been some cautionary case law disqualifying company directors on the grounds that they are "unfit to be concerned in the management of a company" under section 6 of the Company Directors’ Disqualification Act 1986, according to Jessica Mance, a barrister specialising in company and insurance law at Essex Court Chambers and the editor of Buckley on the Companies Acts.
