CCR profits rise 46% as it cuts back market role
FRENCH state-owned reinsurer Caisse Centrale de Réassurance (CCR) saw its net profit increase by 46.7% to €245.3m ($378m) in 2007, as it continued to reduce the size of its open-market activities and improve their profitability, writes Fabien Buliard.
