NY ends last bid-rigging case

NEW YORK State Supreme Court Justice James Yates has dismissed criminal charges against three former executives broker Marsh and p/c insurer Zurich American, bringing to an end the more than four-year prosecution of allegations that major brokers conspired with certain insurers to rig bids for large commercial p/c accounts.
