Italian regulator again opposes Generali deal
THE ITALIAN antitrust regulator has opposed a second deal agreed between French bank Crédit Agricole and Italian insurer Generali over Italian financial operation Intesa Sanpaolo, in which the two companies have a combined 11% share.
