CONGRESSIONAL HEARING LIKELY ON AIG, SAYS CUMMINGS
Amidst a swathe of changes in committee chairmanships accompanying the inauguration of Barack Obama as president of the US, House Committee on Oversight & Government Reform member Elijah Cummings said he remained confident that AIG would face a congressional hearing on the $619m in retention payments the insurer made to certain members of staff.
