Recession-dodging Poland offers promise of insurance market growth
In 2009 Poland was the only member of the EU not to fall into recession during the global economic crisis. With an estimated GDP of 2.6% in 2012, insurance growth is expected to accelerate over the next few years as a result of greater insurance needs on the part of younger people and of a developing middle class.
