Oil spill: Chinese master fined after Great Barrier Reef incident
AUSTRALIA: The master of Chinese vessel Shen Neng 1 has been ordered to pay A$25,000 ($25,835) for his role in a three-mile long oil spill that occurred after the coal ship crashed into part of the Great Barrier Reef off the coast of Queensland.
