Traditional peak-zone pricing could reduce if reinsurers sustain new diversification margins
Last year’s Asia-Pacific catastrophe bill could eventually lead to cheaper prices being charged for secondary coverage of “traditional” peak-zone risks, with a caveat reinsurers are successful at sustaining higher margins and minimum rates on line elsewhere in the world.
