NZ brokers look to captives amid post-quake capacity crunch
A number of insurance brokers in New Zealand are conducting feasibility studies to determine whether establishing new captive insurance companies or transferring risk to the capital markets could help alleviate coverage concerns in the country’s domestic non-life market following the Canterbury earthquakes.
