Hwee Hwee Tan joins Lloyd’s List from The Business Times (BT) in Singapore, where she covered energy and maritime and was well-known in Singapore for her in-depth coverage of restructuring in the offshore sector and International Maritime Organization green shipping regulations. Prior to BT, she was with oil and gas magazine, Upstream.
