Stolt-Nielsen sees chemical tanker market rebalance

Newbuilds are slowing and swing tonnage is expected to be reduced, leading to an expected improvement in the chemical tanker market at some point in 2019, says Stolt Tanker president Mark Martecchini. The company predicts a strong market in 2020, but notes caution remains around political risks and other uncertainties
