The doctrine of strict liability is back on the agenda in the UK following a House of Lords vote on Monday on clause 61 of the Enterprise & Regulatory Reform Bill, which removes ‘no fault’ clauses from the statute book, according to Peter Forshaw, commercial insurance partner at Weightmans LLP
