A RECENT Australian judgment arising out of the rockfall loss at the Tasmanian Beaconsfield mine in April 2006 has reinforced the requirement for damage under an all-risks policy, reports Lee Bacon, a partner in the insurance and reinsurance group at Clyde & Co.
