LEGISLATON that would permit Florida’s leading property insurers to raise rates significantly is now heading to the desk of Governor Charlie Crist (pictured), but his announcement that he intends to run for the Senate in Washington rather than seek a second term has led to a guessing game amongst analysts and insurers as to how he will act.
