Delaware court green-lights suit against ex-AIG executives
FORMER AIG boss Maurice “Hank” Greenberg and other former AIG executives must defend themselves in a derivate shareholder lawsuit that alleges that they engaged in sham transactions and improper accounting practices and issued misstatements over the New York-based group’s financial conditions in the first half of the decade, Delaware Chancery Court Vice Chancellor Leo Strine has ruled.
