Dodd-Frank passage not cut and dry
WHEN House Financial Services chairman Barney Frank and Senate Banking Committee chairman Chris Dodd called it a night at 3am last Friday morning, they probably did so safe in the knowledge that they’d just put their name to one of the most sweeping financial reform measures ever seen in the US.
